Our Product Conditions Explained

At Becasa Deal Dash, we source brand-name products from major US retailers through liquidation. Products may be in varying conditions. We clearly label each product so you always know exactly what you're getting.

🟢 New / Open Box

These items are brand new or have been opened for inspection only. They are in perfect working condition with all original accessories and packaging.

🟡 Refurbished

Refurbished items have been previously used, returned, or repaired. They have been tested, cleaned, and restored to full working condition. These items may show minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches but are fully functional. Refurbished items may or may not include original packaging or accessories.

All smartphones and electronics listed as refurbished have been:

Tested for full functionality
Reset to factory settings
Inspected for cosmetic condition

🔴 Pre-Owned / Used

Pre-owned items have been previously used and are sold as-is. They are in working condition but may show visible signs of wear. All pre-owned items are clearly labeled on the product page.

Returns & Condition Disputes

If you receive an item that does not match the described condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to accurate product descriptions and customer satisfaction.
